Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and who touches it.

What we collect

• Order details: your company facts, verification facts, contact fields, and the release text you edit and approve. This is the product's working material.
• Approval records: the name you type at Send, the time, and a cryptographic fingerprint of the exact approved text.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
• Basic technical logs: request logs for security and debugging.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.

How your content is processed

Your release is, by design, written for publication — once sent, it is distributed publicly through newswire networks. Before that, your order data is processed by the service providers that operate the pipeline:

• Cloudflare — hosting and database infrastructure.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• DeepSeek — AI drafting of your release text from the facts you supply.
• DataForSEO — search-results analysis for your target keyword (your keyword, not your personal data).
• Our newswire distribution partners — receive the release and media contact details you chose, for publication.

Media contact details

The contact details on a press release (name or role, email, phone) are published with the release — that is their purpose. If you leave the email blank we use a catch-all address at your own domain. Choose contact details you are happy to see in public.

Retention and your rights

We retain order records while your account relationship is active and as required for tax and legal purposes. You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or its correction or deletion (published releases, once distributed by third parties, are outside our ability to delete).
