Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LLM Press, operated by Serpply ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. What the service is

LLM Press produces a press release from facts you supply, gives you full editorial control to review and edit it, and — once you send it — distributes it through third-party newswire and syndication networks according to the package you purchased. Where your package names specific outlets, placement on those outlets is included in the distribution your package purchases from our wire partners.

2. What we do not promise

2a. Fulfilment service levels

Missing a service level entitles you to the remedies in our Refund Policy; it does not create liability beyond section 8.

3. Your content and your responsibility

You confirm, when you send a release, that the information in it is accurate, that you are authorised to make the announcement on behalf of the named company, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or any law. We record the exact version you approved, along with your name and the time of approval. You are responsible for the claims in your release; our checks are editorial and structural, not a verification of your facts.

4. Content we refuse

We decline orders in categories restricted by our distribution partners (including gambling, adult content, cannabis and related products, tobacco and vaping, weapons, unverified cryptocurrency or trading schemes, payday lending, unverifiable health or weight-loss claims, politics, and content that is misleading, defamatory, or alleges unproven wrongdoing). Restricted orders are declined before payment where our category gate identifies them; we additionally reserve the right to refuse and refund any order at any stage, at our discretion.

5. Sending is final

Until you press Send you may edit or abandon your draft freely. Once sent, your release enters third-party editorial and distribution processing. We will pass on change or retraction requests to our partners on a best-effort basis, but revisions and retractions cannot be guaranteed after sending.

6. Licence to distribute

You retain ownership of your release. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, distribute, syndicate, and reformat it — including into derivative formats such as summaries, audio briefings, and video — for the purpose of fulfilling and promoting the distribution you purchased. Attribution of derivative formats will identify the content as produced from your company's announcement.

7. White-label use

If you resell our deliverables under your own brand, you are responsible to your own clients for the engagement, including their claims and their approvals. These terms apply between you and us regardless of any branding shown on reports or approval pages.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the actions or editorial decisions of third-party publishers, or for how search engines and AI systems process published material.

9. General

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands.
